We ship out of Lebanon. All our products are customizable and made to measure. This is why time of delivery may vary slightly depending on the current orders volume. Each wall mural, wallpaper or decal is executed upon order. This means your product is made specifically for you!

Delivery time:

Please allow 5 working days for wallpaper print and 3 working days for wall decal print and packaging time. Your order will then be shipped.

Wall creations cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by customs or holidays.

Customs, tariffs and taxes:

Wall creations will not be responsible for any duty or tax charges incurred upon international orders. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the designated delivery country and although they are not always incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Return policy:

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their wall covering and in case you might have any issue with your order, please let us know and we would be happy to help immediately. Just drop us an email on [email protected] or call us on +961 70 172 662.

Wallpapers:

Our wallpapers are executed based upon the wall dimensions provided to us.

This is why, once they have been printed, we cannot offer a cancellation or return.

Before you complete payment for your order, we will send you a simulation to show you exactly how the mural will look. If you would like to make any changes at this point, let us know and we can work on this for you!

We can also send you a sample of any of our designs for you to check over color vibrancy and paper quality before execution. Contact us via WhatsApp chat to ask about samples orders.

Wall decals:

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be sent back in unused condition. Return labels are not provided and each customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our location.

For products returned within 10 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. After 10 days we cannot accept any returned product.

We cannot accept returns or refund for used products. Wall creations reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used or altered in any way. Items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.
